Winter Camps

Keystone FC is proud is offer training activities during the winter months for players that are part of Keystone FC as well as players outside of the club.  We offer weekly training for both goalkeepers and field players during the winter months for those looking to continue training indoors during the offseason.

Each of our camps and clinics will have a curriculum specifically tailored to the focus area of that camp or clinic.  From developing a player's technical ability to an individual players decision-making on the field each of our camps will have different focuses.  Each and every one of our curriculum will have some emphasis on technical development as we believe that this is crucial and necessary to succeed at the highest levels. Other areas of focus include tactical (decision-making, recognition of game situations, and game management), physical (speed/quickness, strength, agility, balance, and coordination), and mental (visualization, attitude and imagery) .  These four areas will make up a large portion of our camp and clinic focus. Keystone FC strives to make sure every player who participates in our camps and clinics leaves a better player than when the started.

Our staff will be comprised of not only Keystone FC staff, but some of the best coaches in the area. Coaches have played at the collegiate and professional level and have earned licenses and certifications from the United States Soccer Federation and United Soccer Coaches (NSCAA).  Current and former collegiate players will assist our highly trained coaching staff as well at camps when needed,

Keystone FC is happy to offer a full refund for camp registration provided appropriate notice is provided of the player's inability to participate.  Any requests made for refunds within two weeks of the start date of the camp will be issued a credit towards a future Keystone FC Camp.

"The Keystone Defensive Principles Camp was a great training opportunity for our daughter. After playing a defensive position for several years, she came away from this camp with a greater understanding of the mental aspect of defending and with skills in positioning, approaching the ball, defensive stance, preventing a turn, tackling the ball, and more.  Since attending the camp, she has shown more leadership in the back half of the field and is more confident and successful in both one on one situations and working as a successful defensive wall with her teammates. Keep these defensive camps coming, she’ll be back!" - Defending Principles Winter 2021

"The one on one and immediate feedback was something that she really values and takes to heart to help improve her game.  She also really enjoyed practicing with the other attendees. She always said how nice they were, offered support, never made fun of anyone, and were all there to work so there was no goofing around. Needless to say, she absolutely loved the experience and is looking forward to it again next year." Goalkeeper/Finishing Camp Winter 2022
